The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options, definitely a highlight of our stay. What truly stood out most, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for and added a personal touch to our visit. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rio and who wants to be in city. "

"Ok so i stayed in this property for 10 nights. I must say the staff went above their service to say it is a 2 or 3 star hotel. My room was cleaned everyday sometimes i did not even ask and it was still cleaned with new beddings each day. You dont even get this type of service in a 4 star sometimes. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful all the time. Welldone to the cleaners who cleaned my room everyday. Yes outside the location is not very friendly as homless and drug users are sleeping avross the road however they caused no harm or any inconvienice to me."
