"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. "I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"We stayed here while hiking the TMB and the staff was very friendly. We had to get up before complimentary breakfast the next day, so she let us grab breakfast items the night before. We had a small fridge in our room, so we were able to put it in there overnight. The hotel was in a great location especially when taking the bus for the TMB. The only downfall is that the shower head shot at the door, and it will flood the entire bathroom if you use it, so we had to take it off and use it that way."
