"Great place close to the Tram and Bus routes direct into Nantes city. Its a very nice peaceful spot with a good range of amenities and and excellent breakfast.
Great value and much better than staying in one of the chain hotels.
The air con in the room worked well and the outside terrace was very nice in the warm evenings. There is also plenty of indoor space to stay out of the heat or when its colder."

"My sister had almost $1,000 between Euros & US dollars stolen out of her suitcase in the room. The zipper inside the suitcase was broken and the money was taken.
Also, the guy who works in the restaurant for breakfast on the weekend days gave the worst customer service we have ever had at a hotel. He was too busy smoking and drinking coffee behind the door to the kitchen to keep the food areas updated and clean off the dirty tables so there were places for the new customers to sit.

La salle de bain est aussi très bien, le seul hic, la porte est vitrée donc zéro intimité. Je ne sais pas si les chambres avec les lits séparés sont identiques.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, de bonne qualité, beaucoup de chose à boire et à manger"

"There is a drug problem with users, beggars and dealers in the immediate area. As a single female it was limiting. The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. Enjoyed the club. The room was sufficient. I unfortunately I can’t be back with concerns about my safety and comfort in the area. Hopefully the city will address the problem in a way that creates safety for everyone."

"La navette pour l’aéroport est un service payant qu’on peut prendre à partir de l’aéroport et qui arrive à la gare tout près de l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas un service offert par l’hôtel et ça ne vous mène pas directement à l’hôtel.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, à un design moderne, le personnel est S-U-P-E-R! Nous avions pris la peine d’écrire à l’Hotel pour leur mentionner quelques détails et ils etaient prêt à notre arrivé! Il y a un ascenseur de bonne dimension. On peut y entrer 2 avec des valises!"
