Overall great experience checking in and staff lovely helpful. Good spa facilities. However we stayed in room 405 and there was a horrible draft coming through the window. We noticed it at around 10.30pm after we came up from the pool and it made the room cold all night. We tried putting towels around the window to keep the draft out but the room did feel cold all night. Other than that it has the potential to be a really good stay.

Very convenient for busses to Bournemouth. Plenty of parking as well. Good place to be if visiting the hospital as an outpatient.

Receptionist welcomed me really politely and friendly, helping me to book in. The room was adequate and was clean. The pub within the hotel was lovely and the bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However the food was extremely expensive for what it was.

Staff are very helpful, empathetic and accommodating. Accommodation is clean and well laid out. Leaves one feeling comfortable and well rested. Restaurant food was amazing. Very good quality produce, fresh and well prepared. 10/10 for food and service in the restaurant. Unfortunately we only overnighted so did not have the time to make use of other facilities.

Yeah it's okay.

Rooms are well used so not the cleanest, a bit dusty. I've found thos with all the Village Hotels though. Great pool and sauna areas. Some staff are fantastic, some aren't as friendly. Good place to stay though.
