"They are in the process of renovations on appliances at the resort. They had a nice communal BBQ, the jacuzzi (2) were at a perfect temperature. They had an indoor pool, sauna and steam room, wonderful amenities. The staff contacted me daily to check if I needed anything. We enjoyed our visit! great location for Cedar Breaks National Monument. A great place to hike!"

"The Cairn looks like it is still going for a refurbish but we couldn't tell as our room felt brand new. We were pleasantly surprised that there was nothing to criticize during this trip unlike other hotels. The check in and out were very easy and the cleaning staff helped us out with some extra towels. The Cairn is a great place to stay while visiting the Shakespeare Festival!"

"Convenient location. We opted for this over a cheaper alternative due to the pool and the breakfast. The pool and sauna were adequate, but the entire property is getting run down and looks pretty worn. Paint and repair work in room was shoddy. I was disappointed in the room cleaning more than anything else. There were splatters on the bathroom walls and door. I used a wet pool towel and wiped off most of the splatters to confirm it really was as dirty as it appeared. There were also numerous...

"Quiet air conditioner"

"Most importantly Breakfast ends at 9am which is kind of insane when you think about travelers going to your hotel and wanting breakfast. Beds and pillows were pretty poor. I wouldn’t go back."

"We had a good stay. It’s an hour away from Zion NP & Bryce Canyon NP. Clean room & bathrooms. I hope they maintain it. It’s just that they have a few selections of breakfast but it was good, unfortunately their hot thermos is not working, i hope they change it for the convenience of the guests. Over all, it’s 9.5/10."

"The staff at Springhill Suites are the best. Always happy to help. Breakfast bar is good and well stocked. The only negative comment I have is that there is not one bench or chair where a smoker can sit for an occasional smoke. Seems a bit unfair for us smokers."

"For a newer Marriott property I was not impressed. You come to expect a certain level of service with most Marriott properties however this one fell short. Linens didnt match in the bathroom, shower was dirty, air conditioner wasn’t working in the lobby area. The small restaurant was convenient and very good food and they do have a bar. So bonus there."

"The pool was actually quite small. I had a room with a tub with jets, but the jets didn't work, and there were no cups, which would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a good stay, and the staff were very helpful a couple of times.The room was cleaned very well. The air conditioning was good, but noisy as usual."
