"I checked in and had to let the front desk know that not only was the room I booked not clean but the next room wasn’t cleaned either. After the front desk female got me my 3rd room did I get a room that was clean."

"The room was clean, the whole hotel was the pool was warm usually pools are cold and that was so enjoyable, breakfast they had little to go bags made it so convenient. The cleaning staff laid my son’s stuffiest on his side of the bed when they came to clean our room and he loved that detail."

"We stayed here with our dog in between hiking in Zion and Bryce Canyon. It was the perfect distance between the two and right off of the highway. There is a good continental breakfast as well as a BBQ/coffee spot next door and a gas station across the street. The employee who checked us in around 9 pm was fantastic, I wish I remembered his name to commend him. The room was immaculate and the hot tub was a great bonus to relax between hiking in the parks. "

"We did not stay…checked out immediately after arrival due to ongoing construction AND WATER WAS TURNED OFF to the rooms. We were given an invoice which is supposed to return what we were charged."

"It was a roomy sleeping room; however, due to the vicinity of the freeway noisy. The bed was comfortable, yet the ac could only be turned down to 67. We chose this hotel because of their stated availability of a hot tub. It was out of service. The front desk called the sister property 1/2 mile away and we could use theirs. Yet that was not our intent when we chose this higher priced hotel. We also were surprised that breakfast was NOT included, as it stated on the app made to order."

"Our stay was amazing, the inn is really neat with beautiful decor and style in all the different rooms. Very cozy. The owners, Barbara and Scott are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We will stay at the big yellow inn again."
