"Great but rebuilding works outside the bedroom window were annoying."

However if you get, as they put it a 'basic' room, it does not come with the basic items you would expect or are complimentary at other hotels such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. Generally the staff was friendly and helpful although some left much to be desired."

Location was excellent to the Promonade. This hotel could be 5 stars 🌟 with a bit of additional effort & adding some extras in the room and as location is fabulous and so is the building."

"Clean and convenient for the tram, bus and Promenade des Anglais. Pool was a little chilly but it was early March. Staffing was a bit light given how busy the place was but they worked really hard. One team to the airport and easy to get to the railway station. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel is situated in a very well-located area, close to restaurants and shops. The beach is directly across from the hotel, featuring many restaurants right on the sand where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The staff members are very cordial—from the valet parking attendants and the reception team to the restaurant staff and the housekeeping personnel who constantly ensure the room is kept in perfect condition."

"The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was friendly, and the lobby was neat and clean. The room was large, and I loved the balcony views. The only issue was that there were no phone ports close to the bed. Neither did the bathroom have any electrical outlets. Other than these, everything was perfect. "

"Overall we had a nice stay, room Was clean , most of the staff were pleasant, breakfast was good. Location is excellent close to new and old town. I have stayed here in the past and didn’t appreciate that the pool and sun loungers were only open after may 15th unfortunately this wasn’t on the website so I assumed it would be available. We asked if we could have a lounger on the upstairs terrace we were told they were not available until 15th may . Drinks and food were still available on the...

"The hotel is unique it is small in size but big on charm,friendliness, and quality. The breakfast is cooked to order and set in a nice garden view room. The staff is very helpful and the location is close to the train station and a short walk to the promenade. It’s a good value and we would definitely stay again "
