"We travel when we can, and experience a wide variety of places. We have only just come across Harry’s. Location was important plus evening arrival and early start the next day. Everything was in place for this, so Harry’s will see us again!
Their mid-Europe locations tend mostly to suit if you have an Austrian destination or place where short stay fits well. Villach is a very important place, and has been since I first visited 65 years ago."

"Thermo pool didn’t work and you have to pre book and pay 25 EUR per person to use the sauna, there wasn’t anyone there to schedule so we gave up. Bad amenities. HORRIBLE pungent smell throughout, like cheap cologne. Breakfast was 10/10 with tons of options."

"This would be a 5 star property but for the management. While the staff was great, the manager seemed to go out of his way to make things difficult. Check in was at 2:00 pm but when I arrived at 1:30, check in “was not possible.” I tried to schedule a massage (one of the amenities) but the manager said “it was not possible to do” and implied that he gave the masseuses the day off because they were overworked. I scheduled a massage the next day but was unsure of when I would get back so only scheduled 30 minutes. I got done early and when I got back to the hotel, I asked the staff if I could change from 30 minutes to 60 min. They indicated that the masseuses had availability but they needed to call the manager to confirm. When they called the manager, even though there was availability, he said “it was not possible “ to change from 30 min to 60 min. The staff was great, but unfortunately this manager seemed to go out of his way to to make things difficult and said no every chance he could. For the price you pay for the amenities, I would not recommend this hotel until there is a change in management."
