"The room was very clean except for the area right inside the door. Staff was excellent and very helpful. The property has some really nice fountains. The entire property has very good lighting in the parking lots and corridors. Breakfast was okay—standard waffles, pre-frozen eggs and sausage—but hot and eating area very clean! Only one ice machine working though."

"The parking area was easy to access and was well lit at night. Every single staff member we encounter was very polite and helpful during our entire stay. The room was clean and the nicely equipped kitchen was a nice bonus. We appreciated the larger sized refrigerator. The pool area was clean with plenty of pool towels when needed."

"I was pleasantly surprised how nice this property was! I rented a suite which suited me and my grown children while in Clovis. The breakfast was a major plus and there was always a fresh pot of coffee throughout the day. The grounds were well kept with a swimming pool fire pit and BBQ grill if needed. I would stay here again."

"This is the cheapest, most comfortable place to stay in town. The owners are so helpful and kind. No issues with bugs and it's quiet. Little bit further out of town so not as many out of town people visiting at night. Great weekly pricing. Room was cleaned, bed is huge, and the AC works great. Shower is small, but no complaints there. Love this place!"
