"My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA."

"The hotel looks like an older castle style building from the outside. Inside the lobby was very clean and the person at the registration desk was very pleasant. Our room was quite large and very clean. As a matter of fact we could still smell the cleaning agent that was used to clean the floors. All the furniture in the room also appeared to have been recently cleaned. Breakfast was included and had waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit various juices and coffee. There was a large parking lot...

Tried to get another room, none available, tried to find another hotel none available or close by due to huge soccer event in the area. Complained to staff & call expedia and didn’t do much with compensation . Never again"

"For starters, they asked me for a $50 deposit when it’s not even on the site so I did it and when I checked out, they gave me a refund for 4750 on my debit card when I checked my account was on there when I went back today, they took it. The rooms are filthy. The bed look like someone has slept in it and they just made it up it was stained the washcloths and towels are stained. The room wasn’t clean and not to mention the carpet in the bathroom and nail sticking out of it do not go to this...

"The room i got wasn't super clean and there were only a few channels on the television that actually picked up. Phone service was not great either for some reason. But the beds were cozy and the shower was sufficient."
