"The room itself was nice, the AC was great. They had a luggage cart which was nice. The not so great stuff- when we got there, there was a police officer talking with some guests. There is no security. My sister and husband witnessed some man on the stairs right outside our hotel doing drugs, then the same man was passed out in the hallway by the backdoor, which was by our room. "Noisy, thin walls, pillows outdated, smokers inside the halls, beds are tough and covers are old."

"Most of the staff is super friendly and understanding some use they power and not in a helpful way. I understand how policy work I was charged a $50 plus tax late fee for paying my room 30min late due to not having my debit card at the moment. When people smoke in the room all day everyday with no consequences if you gone enforce policy enforce it all the way not half way. Dog poop everywhere nobody really pick up after there’re dog!!!"

"Friendly helpful staff, breakfast was delicious, pool and hot tub were beautifully relaxing and private. My shower had a bit of deteriorating on its ceiling but other than that. I loved it. Would love to come back again"

"We got two non smoking rooms with two queen beds each, and there was a bad smell in both of them. They gave us our towels at the lobby, they were not ready for us in the rooms. The only toiletries available were 2 tiny shampoo bottles that did not lather up. The sign near the pool says pool and spa but the pool is not heated. Deposit amount is not stated on Expedia before arriving, will update if I get it back."

"Excellent place for a night stay: check in was easy, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good for the price, and front desk service was really good."

"I would stay again. Bed was comfortable bring your own K cups and tea bags they don’t supply. They have a full refrigerator. No microwave or stove."

"Having the breakfast to grab when before we left was good, but there was only one staff person there and she was very slow. The keypad for the back gate had apparently been broken so it was disabled and our card could not work on the gate. We had to park back there and were unable to use that for access to the hotel and had to walk all the way around late at night when we arrived back at the hotel. That should be fixed."

"This hotel is always a great spot when I’m in town for work. Bo at the front desk made check in a breeze. The rooms are always sparkling clean and breakfast is amazing! I’ll be back."
