"We had 2 rooms. The first was not cleaned well at all. The second smelled like cleaner, but not clean. Sort of like air freshener was sprayed. It was just okay."

"We stayed in a villa which was nice and big. In room laundry, which you are expected to wash your own towels, they don’t offer housekeeping in the villas. Not a problem for us, we just did not know this ahead of time. All the pools were really nice, never had an issue getting loungers. Only complaint is that the coffee shop/convenience store was only open until 3:00. It was also the only place to get breakfast on the property and it only ever had one staff working so was very slow. And also only one restaurant on site, but it had a good menu and the food was good! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! "
