"One night stay. Disappointed that there was no ice available on the property. No ice machine. The front desk clerk told me that there were ice trays in the refrigerator/freezer. When I said, "They're empty", he said that was for hygiene purposes. And I had really been looking forward to my Jack Daniels on the rocks. I also think the "Free Breakfast" was a bit oversold."

"The toilet had pee in it when i arrived, one of the towels had black mold on it. When cleaning staff finally came by on Saturday, they took only some garbage, didnt provide another garbage bag, and left the door cracked open so someone could have taken my stuff. Not a good experience. "

"False advertising. There isn’t a hot tub or additional pool. The pictures shown must be for a different hotel. The concessions are overpriced and the evening front desk clerk seems unhappy and careless."

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"The Holiday Inn express in Hunt Valley is basically to me a business hotel. It’s not a place to go for a vacation, but it’s very clean and probably the most affordable hotel in the Hunt Valley area. The hotel is clean, the staff is very efficient, which is all you need for a hotel."

"Avoid staying in the area in general if you can. Staff wasn’t really friendly minus one cleaning staff who let me in back to my room before check out when my keys stop working and went to the front desk twice to try and fix it. No restaurants or food service with in walking distance "

"Parking is easy. The WiFi is ok. The staff is amazing. All rooms are cleaned on a schedule and not everyday. Breakfast is not good but you’re better off ordering out. There is no ironing board in each room. They have mouse traps under the beds and around the hotel and yes I saw a mouse in my room. Once it ran out I put something against the doors to keep it from coming in. I guess for the price you get what you get. I guess I’m just paying for the room itself and not the amenities.
