"I don’t usually post negative comments but feel on this occasion it’s require based on the room rate. Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel. The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover. However, the main building was very beautiful and had a nice lounge to relax in the evening."

"The staff at the desk and the event room staff were very helpful but the house keeping left a lot to be desired they only partially vacuumed the room once in our six day stay and only have of the time restock the condiments and toiletries and one day they couldn’t be bothered to put the bag in wast bin . And we booked a executive room and was give what appeared to be two joining compact Room with no where to sit which is the reason we booked the executive room they did off different room one with no window and one with a view of a wall and roof covered with garbage so we settled with the first one . The gardens outside were nice ."

Our experience with both Tom on reception and Natasha in the morning for breakfast were fantastic. Both were friendly and helpful and Natasha’s humour when she spoke to us was amazing. The room was very spacious too! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant."
