"Had a room with 2 queen beds. Room was very large. Very good hot breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was very cold. My grandchildren could not swim. Hot tub was also only lukewarm. Disappointed. Requested an extra pillow. Was told here were no extras."

"Stayed in the room that had 4 beds. It essentially has 2 beds upstairs and 2 beds in a basement-like area. It was pretty neat. Only downside is it only had 1 bathroom, so for 8 people that wasn’t very convenient. Could use a larger or newer air conditioner in there as well. Only has one small window air conditioner. It did ok, but had to turn the temp way down to get the rooms comfortable."

"They tried to give me a double bed room. Not happy so they game me a queen like I booked. My husband could smell cat smell in room. The shower head was terrible. I am 5' 6" and It hit me in between my shoulders. Not happy!! A person with a bad back would have had terrible problems with this shower! If using these rooms for extended stay that is fine but when people can smell cat it's bad. Also trying to fall asleep was awful because of the poor lonely cat across the hall crying at the door. Before an unsuspecting person books a room please forewarn them. That would be the proper way to handle this. You should close your doors if you cannot run it properly and offer to sell to someone who is responsible and go do your slumloarding someplace else!!"
