"Lots of food under bed and furniture. Was charged extra charges but I don’t know what for. All taxes and fees were suppose to be included. I don’t like how when I asked for places with a conventional breakfast and it popped up on the search with my requested criteria and they did not have this service. The staff that came to help when my daughter got sick in the room was very helpful and very friendly. "

"I am a frequent guest at Best Western properties...but i'm starting to notice a decline in cleanliness and upgrades in amenities. The rooms are in need newer flooring, curtains, wall coverings, etc... I'm sadly thinking I may consider changing my Hotel choices in the near future. I've been a loyal customer for years...but sadly, i'm disappointed in the stays. Hope you can consider keeping your loyal guests rather than join the Motel 6 clientele."

"Quiet rooms and clean! Northern end of Bend. The most awesome breakfast (sausage links, scrambled eggs, hash brown patties, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, juice and then the other motel offerings of cold cereal etc.) A++"

"Great room and great location. The view was nice too! It was close to all the shopping and restaurants. It was easy to check in and check out. The only thing I noticed was that one of the parking spaces had a bolt sticking out of one of the bumpers that could have damaged any car parking there. We would love to stay here again in the future! "

"The room was clean. I could see the hall light through the door jam. The neighbors were very noisy. Staff did not stock the breakfast station until asked. There is no elevator. I have a knee injury. This would have been nice to know when I reted the room. I wanted to swim. The pool was out of service during my stay. Over all I was disappointed."

"The room was clean and spacious. I liked that the the air conditioner had option to keep the fan on while cooling. It provided just the right amount of background noise. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options."

"You do get what you pay for, so caveat emptor. The rate was cheap, close to where I desired, and had a clean bathtub. They advertised as pet friendly and I would describe the owners as pets tolerable. They charged $50 for two small dogs and they definitely are not dog people. They have an ill tended fenced lawn in front which had trash strewn about and no trash can for disposal of dog poop. The room was better than the exterior of the motel with some decent furniture and new curtains. The bed...

"Fairly clean but not updated. Old linens and the bathroom was in rough shape. Jacuzzi was crowded and small."
