"When I checked in there were dirty, used, stained bedding with hairs and makeup on sheets. I asked to have them changed and front desk said the housekeeping were notified and would be changing them. 2nd night same sheets on the bed, dirty unsanitary sheets still on the bed. I notified front desk again and that was the only thing I got sorry."

I would have liked to know ahead of time that I was staying at the adjacent building instead of the actual Stone Hill building, but it was still great. The speakeasy was totally fun, but I would raise the rate of the room a smidge and offer the customer their first beer, wine or cocktail for free. People love that. "

"The room was very small even for an Inn. We expected to stay in one of the rooms in the main building that were shown on the website. We were put in another building and a smaller room. We stayed 2 nights and no maid service."

"I had a travel day from hell and when I called (almost in tears) to tell them my check-in would be in the middle of the night not only did they accommodate but were extremely nice and reassuring, and then they upgraded me. He then called the next day to check in on me and ask about my sleep. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE KOBES OF HOSPITALITY. "Good location, friendly staff and very clean. However, check in was 4:00 and we didn’t get into our rooms until after 5:00. The front desk staff was very apologetic but obviously short on cleaning staff to prepare rooms. They did provide coupons towards breakfast but after we asked if they would compensate us for the late check in. Also, we were charged a $57 per room resort fee ( we had 3 rooms) but the pool was closed and the shuttle only ran on Sunday. We only got in our room at 5:00...

"Great location and nice old colonial style home, however upkeep of the Inn needs some work. A lot of pealing paint and loose floor boards. The Inn Keepers office looks like a trash pile through the windows. There was confusion with our check-in, provided wrong room. Thanks to the staff who noticed the error early. Rooms are basic, be sure to get a king bed room. The others, such as top floor, are extremely small. Fireplace was not operable in our room. TVs are haphazardly mounted, wires...
