"There was a live band playing music in the parking lot 50 feet from our room. We had to get up at 3:30 AM We are vendors at the Farmers Market. Sleeping was a challenge"

"The view from the room was not great for red rocks. The room itself was basic needs an upgrade for sure. It was clean on the surface but you can tell they do not pay attention to details. The stand with amenities was full of dust and the tissue box was empty. Staff was helpful, grounds were peaceful, pool was mediocre could also use some new furniture. There was no vibe at the pool. I would choose to stay somewhere else if I came back. For the money the place was disappointing."

"Pool was too cold. Hot tub was too hot. Breakfast hours limited if you wanted to start a hike by sunrise or get to the trailhead parking lot before it was filled. Breakfast line was backed up because of the way it was organized. Plates were on one side but line started on the other side with the food. Pancake maker was first so it backed the line up."

"Overall this is a wonderful property in a fantastic location. Beautiful lobby and common areas and views of the mountains amazing. Close to everything in Sedona we wanted to see and do. Bedrooms and living area in two bedroom suite was comfortable and nicely appointed, baths and kitchen a bit dated. Staff were helpful and I especially liked the text the front desk option, could have done without the pitch to join a time share educational session.Pools and hot tubs nice but on a couple of...

"The power went out at around 1am and was out for 2 hours. It was very hot in the room without A/C which made falling back asleep challenging. It kinda ruined our morning hike because of the lack of sleep."
