"The room was very clean and. Comfortable. The staff was friendly. The outside of the building looked a little weathered,but with the location it was expected. The room was very clean. Will definitely stay here again. . "

"I’m not a fan of pets in hotels, so it was particularly disturbing to step into the elevator and find pet feces. Guests next to us were questionable. Slamming against furniture and yelling and screaming meant a disturbed sleep. Not the property’s fault, but the response to my phone call to the front desk was appalling, I was advised to call the police if I thought safety was an issue. The male front desk associate communicated with irritation and a pompous attitude. I’m not looking to get anybody fired, but it would seem to me that a guest services refresher course would be a good idea."
