I've stayed here a couple of times and have a few more bookings coming up, so it must be decent! My standard apartment was very sizeable, lots of space, good kitchen utensils, and pretty clean. Parking is a pain as you have to pre-book but as long as you do that it's all fine, the communication from the management company is fine. The building is not staffed but I've never had any issues. There is a gym as part of the building, if you stay on the other side you don't hear it, but the car park has lots of cars coming and going, late into the evening, with the usual types blaring out loud music on their way in/out. But that's no fault of the apartment. The only thing I don't like is that there are no curtains on the windows, just old blinds that barely keep any light out. So in summer, at 4am you'll be blinded with light. Thankfully I am an engineer, I figure it out, I wedge some big sofa cushions and bed pillows in to block out most of the light. But, in this day and age, to not have curtains in a bedroom is bizarre to me. There is no A/C either, but ventilation is decent and there is a fan there. All in all I can tolerate the curtains as I have my own means to block them out, I like the space, and I am a gym-goer and the gym there is my chain that I use, so for me it's extremely convenient. 5 minute walk to Morrisons through the underpass, 10 minutes into town and the station. Located on a busy roundabout, so bring ear plugs!

Great apartment
The apartment was great for us. Nice location close to town center short drive to Legoland which is why we choose it and it was lovely to have a balcony. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice. The information on how to get to the building, parking and check-in were great.

Great location for both Legoland & Lapland Uk
Very spacious & perfect for what we needed. I was a little disappointed that the lift wasn’t in use as it makes life difficult with a baby. We received 2 emails with access codes on, I thought they were the same & that we hadn’t received the code for the carpark so contacted an out of hours number & the service was fantastic, sorted it within a couple of minutes. Very clean. Some areas could do with just a little tlc, like the sink & toilet roll holders but everything else was in great condition.

Because it is over a gym the parking lot was very congested. We had a couple small issues, but they were quick to respond and fix them. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom, 3rd floor and good view from the windows. Pretty good location, we would stay here again.

Spacious Studo apprtment
Appartment spacious and clean. However we felt the lighting in the studio flat was too dim for comfort. Minor problem with the shower which did not drain on the last morning.

Great if you want your own space
Really enjoyed staying here, it's like having a proper city flat.
Nice touches like a couple of boxes of cereal, coffee, tea and milk in the fridge.
All in all, you could easily spend some time here and be comfortable, would recommend.

Nicely appointed & comfortable property in a quiet neighbourhood close to a super market.
The property is in a good location and as it’s own private parking, checking in was easy and convenient. The flat is modern, well equipped and wonderfully clean and comfortable. Booking using the Hotels.com app is simple and time saving, and you collect rewards. I stay frequently in House of Fisher apartments and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them, they are customer focused and always provide a helpful and professional service.
I got upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony where you could have alfresco dining. I like cooking and the kitchen was kitted enough for all my needs. It was so nice to be able to sit at the dining table, have dinner and watch TV. Makes a big change than staying at hotel where you are given a pokey room
Stayed here on business, this is a really good central aparthotel and the interior is finished to a very high standard, minutes walk away to the trading estate and several office parks which was ideal for me. The included toiletries, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and UHT milk were a fantastic addition to get me started and are things that are useful in a apart hotel but you would generally not carry with you.
I found the apartments to get quite a bit of noise from the street and there are no overlapping curtains in the rooms which mean that there is a lot of light entering the room at 5am. There is also the issue that there is a gym directly below, this would normally be a great thing but unfortunately when people are doing deadlifts or similar it echos around the entire flat and woke me up a few times as it is 24 hours. Id recommend bringing something that generates background noise if you are likely to be woken up.
Lastly, anyone planning on bringing a car, contact the office ahead of time as there is a barrier which they 1) wont give you the code to until you pay for parking, meaning you are stuck in a busy gym car park.
2) need to explicitly ask for by calling them.
When challenged, they stated this is simply the way it is and requests to arrange this all ahead of time appeared to fall on deaf ears.

Nicely fitted out property but the gym downstairs is a problem. It's 24hr and I could literally feel the apartment I stayed in vibrate in tandem with a thumping, presumably due to heavy weights being dropped downstairs. Initially I thought it was someone else in another apartment but then the music from what must have been a studio class started up!
I like staying in these apartments because I can cook my own dinner and lounge around in my PJs.
The one comment I would make is that there is often a fair amount of traffic noise.
We stayed here for two nights as a family of four. As it is a serviced apartment there is no check in on site so it is all done online which is tricky to do if you are travelling from overseas. We were also required to send copies through of passport information to verify identities and were then sent a payment link to pay a deposit and not until all this was done were we given check in details. We also had to pay 6 pounds a night for parking and prepay this before staying to get the code for the entry gate. This whole process was fairly convoluted and ended up requiring a few phone calls through where I was not able to talk to the reservations team (who also don't work on the weekends so nothing is processed over the weekend) but the guy I spoke to was very helpful.
The apartment was super spacious but is above a 24 hour gym and next to two busy roundabouts. It sounded like the windows were only single glazed as we could hear doors closing in the car park below. The blinds did not do much for blocking out the light which isn't great in the middle of summer!! The location was handy for walking to the shops as it is only a 5 minute walk on a pedestrian path to a supermarket and other shops.
