"So I never write a review like this. So be advised, this will be real amd "graphic" I was traveling with my kids for one night. We arrived late. We had to change rooms 4 TIMES!!! Yes, 4! 1st rooms pull out soga was nasty! Trash and red stuff all over it. So we moved to room 2. On that pull out was a ton of dog hair and what looked like cycle blood. 3rd room the pull out sofá looked lile it had been peed all over with intense yellow stains. I had a King suite reserved and paid for. We finally went to 4th room and pull out was still filthy , but they gave us 2 beds. Which was a good thing ciz of.kids. if I can attach pics, I will. I was exhausted so we stayed in the 2 beds. The sink stopper was stuck in sink. I spoke to manger Iris at checkout and she said "well you are staying at an extended stay" and "nothing will be done. The owners are not switching anything or changing anything out. I was like oh wow. So yall will continue giving people these rooms in this condition and she basically said yeah and that they are not investing any money in to that property. Breakfast is muffins and breakfast bars. Pool is closed and has been for a while. Not cool to pay for this you can use. WILL NOT BE BACK. I will be emailing corporate as well. They should know about this property. Not sure if it will help."

"Elevator was out. We walked 3 flights with bags. The room number was "taped" to the wall in blue painter's tape ??? The Staff was nice and apologetic. The lobby and room was okay. I was promised a credit $20 that never came."

"One night stay on a long trip. Easy to find, lobby looks nice. Our room was ok. The a/c had a funny smell to it and the wooden toilet seat was cracked so was pretty uncomfortable. It didnt feel the cleanest, but I didnt have any cleanliness issues really. The breakfast was pretty good. Sausage links were superb, but everything else was pretty typical-powdered eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, no yogurt even tho there was some delicious looking granola. Not a bad place overall!"
