"I loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and it was in a great location. The only thing was that it took a little to find the building and for some reason I didn’t receive the email to the latch app and had to call someone to help. The person who helped did a great job and we were able to get in. Overall great stay and very clean as well! "

"I contacted this property directly once I booked it and noticed other sour, unfavorably reviews. I’m a pretty open minded person so I figured it could just be due to miscommunication.
