"My complaint is not about my room but about my overall experience. I booked and was confirmed a wheelchair accessible room through Expedia. I even called the property ahead of time (2 weeks prior) to confirm my accessible reservation. After a 2 hour phone call and the run around from both Expedia and Home2Suites, I did confirm my reservation. "Location is directly adjacent to an interstate entrance ramp! Very noisy all night with traffic. We requested to be moved from the first room we were given. The AC had a strong smell of mold/mildew. The AC was not on when we checked into that room. The lamps in the 1st room had no shades, just bare light bulbs. But the second room was better. The AC was on and the room had no obnoxious odors. "Can’t say enough about Origins. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the entire place is very clean and has great mountain energy, and the food is delicious. This place is super close and convenient for shows at Red Rock! Absolutely a Great Stay!"

"The person before us had requested late check out so our room was not ready until 1/2 hour after check in. We had arrived early so it was a wait. When we checked in we discovered the sheets were stained but the housekeeping team had gone home so we were given a set of sheets to change our own bed. The coffee pot also didn’t work. Not a very good stay for a Marriott. Breakfast was good however. There was a wide selection of healthy foods!"

"We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us.
