"I had booked one of the renovated rooms and it felt as though I was the first one to stay in there. Lovely colour scheme, very clean, comfortable bedding, nice linens the staff were welcoming and the dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Second time staying there and would stay again when in the area."

"Connection is not user friendly. Too long a process to go through. Also the window blind doesn’t close fully which prevents the option of having controlling sun rays when it’s needed and when not. Also privacy is an issue with the open blinds "

"This was my worst 2 nights in a Travelodge. Ive stayed at multiple, in other areas, all of those ones were a much higher standard. This one is just old and noisy. If you are looking for quiet and rest, DONT STAY HERE! They bombard you with texts about their "quiet time" but NOTHING is quiet. Windows walls and doors all lack soundproofing. You can hear drunk people smoking and carrying on in the parking lot at all hours. People above you, you will hear every foot step. You'll hear people in other rooms and in the hall like you were right beside them. We were woken up by drunk people across the hall at 1:30am and when i finally said something to them theyd woken my whole family. Then 10 mins later someone tried pounding on my door several times, when i went to look, it was one of the drunk people going back across the hall. After 2 am a staff member finally came out to say something and woke up several more people. It was ridiculous. I feel like i brought my kids to stay in a slum except im expected to pay regular hotel prices for it. Absolutely horrible experience. "

"Staff was friendly. 2-bedroom suite was perfect and housekeeping took good care of us."

"The dishwasher was disgusting. There was garbage in there and dishes from the last person or whoever. Who knows how long that was in there. The one bathroom shower, the tub kept plugging up. I checked the drains there was so much hair in there. It was so gross. Definitely not worth the money I paid. The ceiling in the hallways are all brown on the sides too. There is no hot tub, and they cut off breakfast at 9:30am which is too early. Should be 10am. The place also smelled, had to buy air feshners. Unsure if it’s the carpet or what. But there was a smell to the room. "

"The room was clean. The staff were nice. The shower had no pressure and the shower head is outdated and doesn’t spray well. Dirty. The tub was very dirty. There was no hand soap and no soap left in the dispensers in the washroom. You think this would be checked before a check in? To be sure the guest have what they need? "

"Shower heads definitely need an upgrade. The room temperature is hot so have to turn the air on in the winter. Besides that it was great, clean and breakfast was good."
