"Would have been a great stay, but the pool was not available. We were told it was due to renovations. I'm disappointed that we were not notified in any way that such a big amenity would not be available. That's the reason we chose this hotel over others nearby. I'm also weary of hearing "you booked through a 3rd party" when asking for more information about our stay. When a hotel room is booked, the hotel is provided with the guest information.
