"First of all I tried to change my dates as I have wrongly booked Brahmapur, instead of Puri. I feel very discomfort for not able to contact expedia to change my venue as I have already booked non refundable room. So I just wanted to change it to puri hotel Pramod convention which I felt very disguisting. I tried to contact the property with the no. I was having but the no. was of Hotel Pramod Puri. I didnot understand why it happened with me. If the property has been booked for Hotel Pramod how could the contact no. of puri was showing. At last the property contacted me on 14th March at night 10:30 PM. At least if the property has contacted me on 13th or may be on 14th before check in time than there may have been some solution."
