"Lovely hut, with a peaceful and cosy atmosphere.
We stayed here for a couple of nights for the end part of our road trip, whilst visiting around cities and towns, it was great, it was nice and secluded too. "

"Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. Holiday Inn Express Warwick - Stratford-upon-Avon by IHG
4/10 Poor
"This wasn’t our favorite stay.
•Broken lift
•Leaking toilet
•Gurgling sink
•pullout bed a health hazard for a child where the metal arms are.
•musty smell from air conditioning unit.
On the plus side breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. We didn’t ask to switch room as after lugging all our luggage and pram, two children upstairs didn’t have the energy and also had a feeling all the rooms would be similar. We wouldn’t return to this hotel."
"We booked a two night stay as we had booked theatre tickets, the location was fantastic and having parking available, albeit for a price, was helpful.
All the staff were friendly and helpful although we were initially sent to the wrong bedroom at the end of a very long corridor which we then had to walk back with luggage…. We understand these things happen but not the ideal welcome.
Our room was comfortable & clean, unfortunately the upgrading of the air conditioning hadn’t reached it but there was a fan provided which helped.
My only real criticism would be the shower over the bath, which I had difficulty setting to a reasonable temperature and the water pressure was poor, a grab handle to facilitate climbing in and out would also have been helpful."
"Property is in a great location and close to Warwick castle. Unfortunately the room was very dirty with dust and cobwebs all around the room. Some items in the kitchen were dirty and had not been cleaned. Pool was warm and the facilities were good."
"An excellent and most enjoyable stay. The hotel is run to a high standard and we were very comfortable. Our room was a 'cosy double' but is well designed and set up so as not to feel cramped. Breakfast offered a good selection, though the coffee could be improved."
"The concierge was obviously bored and uninterested in guests. Check in was slow. The cooked breakfast items were not very good. The price of a cooked breakfast was very high. Room clean and tidy. Bath slippy. Definitely needed the bath mat"
"We stayed for one night in a suite booked through Expedia and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations, particularly given the price paid.
We chose the suite because it was advertised as having a separate sitting area and complimentary WiFi. However, the room did not appear to have a genuinely separate seating area as described, and we were not provided with any WiFi information on arrival.
There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a broken and unstable table, an empty shower gel dispenser, an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom, and a room telephone that did not work. We also attempted to contact room service at around 7pm and received no answer.
The sofa bed was particularly disappointing. Our child, who normally sleeps very well, struggled to sleep on it and we did not feel it was suitable for use as a child's bed.
The room was extremely hot on arrival, with the windows and curtains left open on one of the hottest days of the year. Despite putting the fans on immediately, it took a long time for the room to become comfortable.
The hotel itself felt tired and dated in several areas and would benefit from refurbishment and improved maintenance.
We were also disappointed by the breakfast arrangements. Information provided stated that weekday breakfast, including Mondays, was served from 7:00am. However, as it was a Bank Holiday Monday, breakfast did not start until 8:00am. This was not communicated to us at check in. Having bee"
