pool and hot tub were being remodeled. I'm okay with that. Not thrilled with the no attendant on duty. Couldn't figure out the tv. Wanted to watch the World Series. Spent an hr trying to find the channel. No go. No attendant to ask for help. Not sure if it was the heater but noisy at night. Check in clerk was very nice. But, no attendant at night.

Was in town for race weekend. Other options we 2 or 3 times the peice, so I took a chance. Hotel was fine. Rooms were clean, service was fine, beds were comfortable. Nothing fancy, but staying in the hotel wasn't the purpose of my trip. I dont have any complaints.

Nisswa Inn and Suites

The hotel is very run down and in need of repair. Key cards only worked sporadically, bathroom fan broke, no drain stopper, door to bathroom sticks. Bed was ok and AC worked. Hope the new owners renovate!

The place was great a little pricey and we were told the pool and hot tub was working and when we got there it was not. A little disappointed about that as it was one of the reasons for our booking. Overall was a good stay. It did the job.

Hotel needs love.

Chose this hotel for the location and the continental breakfast option. Got there and noticed hotel is under new management and no continental breakfast. I did not notice how dirty the tub and shower was until I needed to use it. Was hair all over the tub. I just chose to leave before the 2 nd night.

Not many people were there, our experience was good, very clean and very comfortable beds. Online said there was continental Breakfast, there was no breakfast but they did have coffee in the lobby!
