"Reluctant to write a negative review but, sadly, this motel merits a poor rating. A kind description would be rustic, an honest appraisal would be shoddy and poorly maintained. The room smelt musty, there was mould around cracked tiles in the bathroom, the windows had that hazy look of ingrained dust and grime, the bedroom carpet was ancient & stained and the fabric on the corners of the bed was ripped. To make matters worse, the room door frames were warped so the doors had to be slammed to...

"Really beautiful location and property with outstanding views. Three friendly dogs and a cat compliment the lovely family who obviously take joy in sharing their wonderful home. Highly recommended. "

"I am not really a big fan of mainstream hotels as they seem to be clones of each other. This place was really unique - there is amazing artwork all over the place and the atmosphere/ambiance was excellent. Would be happy to stay here again if i got the chance."
