Great room with lots of space, the staff was great and check in was easy. The only issue we had was a few of the lights didn’t work, other than that it was great.

It accommodated 5 adults easily. I cook all of our meals and the cookware, serving items, dishes and were inadequate. Washer and dryer in the room was a great plus! The view is fabulous. Parking is a inadequate for the upper level rooms. I would definately stay here again!

Cool place the room need some updating but it was good for the price and it was clean.. the band pool and Tiki bar experience was a cool place to hangout and the boat ramp and parking was great. We would stay here again.

The condo was decent and clean. Everything you need for a nice stay. We were in a 2 bed 2 bath but the second shower didnt have enough pressure to shower so we all shared the 1 shower. Property and sidewalks outside could use a cleaning but overall quiet and peaceful. Staying during the off season is much more peaceful.

We enjoy the location of the property on Table Rock Lake. We enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming on and near the property. We also enjoy the bar and musical entertainment. The location is near restaurants and other recreation that we enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large, beds comfortable. Nice kitchen. We didn't spend much time in the condo, so much to do. We would stay again. Pools nice. Tiki area great.

This property is being renovated but is comfortable. It's not a luxury resort but definitely nice enough and in a very quiet area of the lake. Everything one needs is provided in each condo. The strip is a 15-20 minute drive and if Silver Dollar City is planned, it's 5 minutes away.

Great Location

Great location, close to the water and pools. Loved the quick communication from the front desk and even used it to notify about a noisy neighbor staying up until way too late. We will stay there again. This is just minutes away from Silver Dollar City (easy to go back in the evening to ride again after others are leaving). Also very easy to get to Branson West for Wal-Mart and eating to avoid bigger Branson traffic.

Spring Break

Very comfortable place to stay and would come back again, BUT on this stay we didn’t know there would be no bar or restaurant. We also informed the front desk twice our fridge was broke. We would just not bring food again until we verified the fridge was working.

For the money and location it was great! Room was pretty clean,(and I’m picky). but the buildings are old. If you are going to spend a lot of time at the pools (there are two) they were clean, but the pool chairs are falling apart. There were only a couple lounge chairs (3) at each pool, and they were in terrible shape, really not even usable, torn. Only one working ice machine at hotel, disgusting old drinks sitting on top of it. But if you’re just using your room to sleep, it was good, comfortable beds!

The condo was very clean. Some items a little dated, but it was comfortable. The tv in the livingroom did not work. We took our own boat to fish a tournament. Roads were narrow and not boat friendly. The boat parking area had no power for battery charging, but we couldnt park there anyway. Construction debris was thrown all over the road. This would be an ok place to stay if you were just coming to Branson and not bringing your own boat.

The room it’s self was clean and extremely close to silver dollar city which was nice. The balcony is screened which was nice if you have little ones. Dislikes- the room was very outdated from the pictures that were used during booking, they have 1 grill at the top of the property for all guest which was not convenient, the entire property was under construction and nothing was open during our stay which was absolutely not what we were expecting being that far away from town. The fishing dock was unusable and the marina was not open. This place could be nice and would stay again however not sure I trust to do that since nothing was disclosed about this ahead of timing or at booking which is highly disappointing and we would have chosen a different location had we known this.

Check out the property before staying

Stayed in a condo unit near the office. Rocklane Resort is an older resort and is showing its age. Walked into the condo and noticed the carpet had many stains on it, making me think that it really needs to be cleaned or replaced. Rocklane Resort claimed it was “lake view;” only through a tiny break in the trees. The trees on the lakeside need to be trimmed and many dead branches need to be removed. The property itself needs some care. Stucco that had been damaged was showing structure. In need of power washing. Also needed to spray for bugs and spiders. The slider out the living room to balcony had issues; difficult to open. The unit was comfortable and did not lack for any amenity. The beds were great. Full size stove, fridge washer/dryer. Just needs more attention to maintenance and appearance of the property.

I liked the easy going vibe and the live music at the Tiki Hut was awesome. The marina was great. The front desk had problems communicating with me and with each other that ultimately made me leave a day earlier than I had planned causing me what a new hotel pack, load, then unload and settle into a new hotel. The one bedroom condo was ok. It had spider webs in each ceiling corner. The oven door fell off and the front panel of the dishwasher fell off. The TV in the living area didn’t have channels?? And an annoying click went on every 5 seconds night and day. The place has potential unfortunately for us we went too early.

took over an hour to get in room due to not having right keys. they had to remove door handle with hammer and put a different one on. stood outside room waiting. room was dirty, had dead bugs in it. parts of room had water damage on wood. walls had unsanded/unpainted drywall mud. furniture and beds were very old, not worth the price per night. Tiki bar was nice, food was good. maintenance stated they just purchased the property in January and were trying to change things, hopefully they do.

Pictures online were definitely the room we got. Our couch, which was the only place to sit, was old, dirty and smelled horrible. Appliances were outdated and dirty. Cobwebs, spiders, broken blinds and bad plumbing were also issues. We paid for a lake view, but could barely see the lake over the trees. Overall the property has potential and is under construction. We will not be back to see the updates. We were there in the off season, I believe they had many empty rooms to choose from and yet we got an old, dirty room. Front desk and Marina staff very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the Tiki Bar and might visit for lunch but will definitely not spend another night there.

Relaxing. We hung out in the pool one day and hung out at the lake another. Room met our needs. Liked that they had ice machine. Restaurant was just meh. We ordered pizza from a nearby pizza place that was great!

We love Rocklane resort. It is in a perfect location on Table Rock Lake which makes it close to all the lake activities we enjoy (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming) but also close to dining, entertainment, and shopping. The 1 bedroom condo was great for the 2 of us. We booked through Expedia which was a great experience in booking, check-in, checkout and communication.
