We enjoyed this property. It was quiet and easy access to nearby attractions. The parking was easy. Check in closes at 7pm but there was a security guard on duty that checked us in at 10pm and he was super helpful. The only thing I would add would be more washcloths (plenty of towels in room) and another blanket or 2 if you are planning to use the sofa bed.

This is the second time I have stayed at the surrey. Once with my husband and another couple and this time with the girls from my Bible study. And will probably stay there again. It is conveniently located. We can get to the shows and restaurants with out any trouble. The resort is clean and the service is wonderful.

Fantastic AMENITIES

Property was very clean & spacious. The condo that we resides in looked as if it was BRAND-NEW. There is also an indoor & outdoor POOL & that was the main reason we chose this specific condo, it was supposed to be storming the entire time & very, very few facilities had both an indoor & outdoor pool.

We had a good time, but the front desk was only open from 9-5 and we barely checked in on time. They did have a backup plan but it wouldn’t have been as convenient

Our space was nice and it worked well for our family. The furniture in the living room looked a little worn and stained. However, I did not appreciate having to get my parking pass from someone trying to sell my a time share.

This is part of a timeshare property. Yes they do ask if your interested in touring the property and getting "free" tickets to various venues in Branson. If youbsay your not interested they dont push you.

We didn't like that we actually had a couple bugs in the one bathroom the first night and the pool was totally overly clorined which burned our eyes so much we all got out within 1/2.hour
