Fiquei 3 diárias, precisei implorar para ter arrumação de quarto e troca das toalhas. A equipe da recepção e educada, porém, pedir desculpas não resolve a questão né. Não vale o valor cobrado. No primeiro dia a camareira apareceu às 15:50, pedi para ela voltar em 20min pois estávamos de saída. Deixei a plaquinha na porta para limpeza, quando retornei a noite, o quarto estava como deixei, sem arrumar e toalhas usadas. E a camareira ainda me fez passar por mentirosa dizendo que eu dispensei o serviço de arrumação. Reclamei na recepção, me garantiram que seria limpo no outro dia pela manhã. Sai às 7h, quando voltei às 13h, o quarto sem arrumar ainda. Reclamei novamente. E o quarto foi limpo somente às 15:10h. Café da manhã é bem simples, local apertado, não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes que tem. Custo alto para o que oferecem. Não recomendo, não voltarei. Se forem ficar lá peguem pelo airbnb de proprietário, pelo menos já se sabe que não terá arrumação de quarto e serviço de limpeza e pagará bemmm mais barato. A diferença não compensa, pq o café não tem nada de especial e pelo visto serviço de quarto tbm não funciona direito. O quarto que fiquei a sacada é de frente com uma enorme construção abandonada, essa foi a vista que tive. As fotos do anúncio não condizem com a realidade, são bem maquiadas.
