Very pleasing stay. Although pool and sauna were closed due to covid. I had a massage and enjoyed the hot tub, both very relaxing! Skiing was very busy. There is a lift right beside the hotel and ski rental was very convenient. Restaurant staff was friendly and food was fantastic.

An overrated option with a bad p/q ratio

The hotel is nicely located (at least for walks, baby lifts and snow parties) and quite clean, with a cozy lobby and friendly staff. The pool and spa area is also pretty relaxing (at least when everybody is on the slopes). However, the rooms (even those categorized as king deluxe) are incredibly small, with too few amenities (for ex, no tea or coffer maker, no complimentary stuff etc), a rather meagre offer in the minibar and a hardly functional bath. Additionally, the main ski lifts are pretty far and, apparently, they don't offer a shuttle. The personnel in the restaurant is surprisingly clumsy (a lot of protocol mistakes) and sometimes even rude, with no possibility to pay by card for room service. Finally, it appears that the hotel uses the public parking located in front of it, so, during weekends at least, it is almost impossible to find a place (no places reserved for customers).

The room was clean but quite small. The spa area is ok including a nice outdoor jacuzzi. Restaurant prices are overrated but at least the food was good.

מלון מעולה במיקום מצוין בפואינה ברשוב. מתקני ספא מעולים, לרבות ג'קוזי חיצוני מפנק. ארוחת בוקר טובה בסגנון בופה. היינו בחדר קינג. החדר לא גדול, אך מעוצב יפה עם מרפסת והתאים לצרכינו. תשומת לב שאין מזגן בחדר. לנו זה לא הפריע כי הלילות היו קרים וישנו עם חלון פתוח שהחליף את הצורך במזגן.
