We drove nearly 6 hours from Toronto expecting a relaxing getaway, but the conditions were extremely disappointing and unacceptable. "Really enjoyed our stay here. Property is very close to the village centre. Room was clean and spacious enough. Liked the fact there was a little kitchenette. Be aware that there is parking, but there is a daily charge to use the garage. Also, the room is a bit dated. Staff were friendly."

"The room was filthy, sofa and chairs frayed and stained. I drew a line on the dust on picture frames. Walls and doors stained by boots. One elevator was not workings so one(1) working elevator only for the whole building on a long wekend. I have 10 pictures I took of the suite as proof just have not decided who to send it to."

"We stayed three nights in the Grand Lodge for a long weekend and I can definitely say that it was not worth the price. Everything looks old and worn, as if there were no improvements nor investments since they opened. The room was ok, size and comfort wise, however the furniture was very worn, the walls with a desperate need of new paint coat and the fully equipped kitchen was missing many basic items we had to ask for.
