"L’appartamento assegnato era al piano terra, con affaccio diretto sul parcheggio e pochissima privacy. Inoltre, al nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato un livello di pulizia piuttosto deludente. Siamo arrivati intorno alle 13:00 e abbiamo chiesto cortesemente se fosse possibile accedere alla camera ..."
