ice place for small families but no AC

Nice place for small family. Only surprise was no air conditioning. Wasn’t bad we had cool evenings and I was wondering if most places didn’t have AC in this area because it’s a ski town...however the place was clean and comfortable for sure.

Main bedroom blinds don’t keep outside spotlight out. Main bedroom very light. Condo is perfectly situated with awesome outdoor area for kids to play.

The light outside our door was burnt out so we had trouble getting into unit. Once inside, unit was clean. Only one LITTLE television in unit in living room. Should have TVs in each bedroom for the price paid.

Grandma’s outdated hot house

I took my two kids to Breckenridge just overnight. The location of the condo was nice there was a shuttle, which was also nice. The unit itself is way outdated, there were cob webs in the corners and on the walls. The unit had a dirty smell to it, sheets did not smell fresh, and the beds were not comfortable at all. I understand Breckenridge being a mountain town, and not needing air conditioning all of the time, but this unit was so extremely hot when we got there. There needs to be ceiling fans or something to cool it down. Only one of the bedrooms has windows to the outside, the other opens into the atrium halls. Thank God for a broken fan in the closet!

What a great way to end our Colorado adventure! It was so nice to have a full kitchen and bedrooms! Very quaint and cozy. Check in was easy.

Great value for a family of 5

Not a bad place to stay for a family of 5. Two big bedrooms with a sofa sleeper. Hot tub was nice and the underground parking was a plus. Unit is a little outdated, but clean and quiet. Just stayed one night.

Awesome gem in Breck!

The condo was so great, super clean, comfortable and QUIET. It has a lot of good amenities, great kitchen, open concept, private grill on patio, saucer sleds for jumping on the sledding hill across the field, we really had an awesome time. The underground parking lot was fabulous. The building itself is super clean and well kept and again, really quiet. We really only had thing that wasn't great, it was the beds. They are really so hard. It was a bit like sleeping on box springs. We hated leaving after only three days in Breck, but so very happy to get back to our beds. Otherwise, this condo is fantastic!

Good place to stay!

It was a good place to stay! We will be staying up there again when we go back to breck. The only thing that didn’t work was one of the showers. Which made it difficult with 2 families in there. But all in all it was a good trip

Great place to stay. Underground parking garage with ski lockers. Bus stop right outside. There is a park with a sledding hill right out back. They gave the kids some sleds at checkin. There’s also playground we could use at the school.

Nice condo on bus route to hill

This was my first time at this condo. it was a roomy 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. it was on the blue route bus line to the ski hill and walking distance to main street for the restaurants and shops. Inside room access and underground parking.

Atrium 105 needs new beds

The 2 br 2 bath in 105. Very close to town, easy walk. The hole set up was very nice. I have to say that the beds in Atrium 105 were probably the most uncomfortable beds I have tried to sleep in ever. The owner needs to break down and buy some beds. I am not exaggerating... I could feel the springs.

Great for Extended Stays

Quiet location with nice views. Older building but very spacious, well kept and VERY clean. Kitchen had everything for cooking and cleaning. Great location walking distance to center of town. Beds were very comfy, pull out sofa not so much. Fireplace was very warm and cozy. Loved the outdoor hot tub. Minor complaints-no recycle bins (which seems odd for Breck), one small TV with obstructed view in the TV hutch and would have been nice to receive an emailed copy of the check in info with all the pass codes.

Could use some updating but consistent with the $

A little dated and the beds were not very comfortable and one bathroom had a shower that didn't allow for a truly hot water flow but the location is great and the common area is comfy and convenient. May stay again

Nice location.

Nice location. We enjoyed the layout of the unit. It could use some new carpet. Hot tub was nice and clean. We would recommend it.
