Very old building, yet very charming. Many small sitting areas to read and to relax and they are really very cute. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful. A great experience for me.

First stay in the Crown Plaza in Stratford upon avon but we try to go two or three times a year,and have stayed in quite a few different Hotels, but the Crown Plaza is my favourite,it's a beautiful Hotel,the room was lovely and the staff are wonderful friendly and so helpful,the place is spotless ...
