"Beaucoup de mouches, moustiques lors des repas et près et dans la chambre. A corriger absolument très désagréable. Personnel à la réception sans aucun pouvoir discrétionnaire. Point positif, le chef est exceptionnel. Repas, choix, quantité, goût, fantastique. Le personnel pour le service des repas vraiment excellent. Mini bar c’est problématique. Nous avons payé un forfait astronomique pour tous les boissons inclus, ce n’a pas été le cas, nous nous sommes battus pour faire remplir le mini bar. Les safaris sont très bien. Peu d’animaux mais comme la réserve est petite facile de voir les mêmes animaux d’une journée à l’autre. 2 nuits amplement suffisant, 3 nuits redondants mais endroit très calme pour se reposer. Si vous voulez un peu de luxe, réserver une des 6 ou 8 chambres AMBASSADEUR sinon très minimaliste"

"Very different as we stayed in one of the amazing tree houses. Very clean, loads of towels in the bathroom, tea and coffee tray very well stocked. Lovely friendly staff."

"Was not quite what I expected. Located literally in a mountain pass with traffic driving past. The room doesnt have a fridge. It has a cooler but what good is that if you want to pack some items of your own to stay properly cold. You are given a kitchen sink in your room. A microwave would also be a good option. For what you pay to stay, it is not worth it. The restaurant has a limited menu. The location is remote and far from any shops. There is a Spar in Citrusdal, a 10 minute drive away. We stayed almost a week. Asked housekeeping to change our pillow cases once. They did not do this. This was the only request from housekeeping. The Spa is excellent and privately owned. That made up for the disappointment in the hotel."
