"A very nice and beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff and service. Excellent food and a very nice bar. However it's a bit of a walk to the city center. If you're just stopping by from the train station on a journey or don't mind a bit of a walk, it's a great place to stay."

"Unique design amd decor, very clean. The staff is superb and speaks fluent english. The only "complaint" is that the bathroom is very sparingly furnished as far as amenities. A washcloth would have been nice and perhaps some tissues. "

"I really liked the location as it had its own street parking with no height restrictions. The hotel was really well appointed and no complaints. The number 24 bus stop is outside which takes you into the centre and back with ease. The service was really good, and a refund on my card was done immediately. Mistakes happen (I'd prepaid) and it tells how good things are if the are rectified quickly and without fuss. I haven't given 5 Stars as the dining options weren't great. Yes I look for Vegan...

"Excellent value for money given the location and facilities. Particularly impressed with the Wellness Centre, though a shame the jakuzzi was out of action. However the sauna, steam room, tepidarium etc are great!"

"We really liked the location of this hotel. Lots of little restaurants close by, very close to the Old City, so very easy to walk around. It was perfect for the two days we were there. There were a few things in the room that weren't working. They were quickly looked after, so the staff was great in responding to the requests for help."
