In this Hotel you will have the service of an Airbnb. I booked a refundable room and pay at the property...days ahead of my arrival they started to bombarding with emails asking you to do the check in online...so I did. Then 2 days ahead of my arrival ask me to pay online or they can not secure my room!!!! Even I reserve pay at the property. The more surprise thing no staff in the Hotel...at all. So when you get there they give a code to collect your key...at some point I need to ask for the WiFi code and ring the bell they have on the desk...but no one come to help...I had to send an email to get an answer. The Hotel from outside looks very modern but rooms need an update. On the positive side, rooms are very big and location is good as close to the river....but not restaurants or coffee places around, you have to go towards the city centre...for me wasn't a problem as Bremen is very easy to walk.

Ein schönes Hotel mit toller Lage, wenn man sich Bremen ansehen will. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt und die Schlachte sowie die Weser sind fast direkt vor Ort. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, Richtung Weser, trotzdem war es auch abends und nachts etwas lauter und man hat die Straßenbahnen ziemlich laut gehört.

Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommen und und hilfsbereit-leider hat das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze und ist von daher auf die öffentlichen und ich finde sehr teuren Parkplätze ( 15 min = 50 Cent !! ) angewiesen, aber ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Waren fast alleine so hatte ich das Gefühl Sehr sehr ruhig Sehr schnell in der Stadt und das beste war das Parkhaus 12 Euro die ganze Nacht und nur 3 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt

Riesige Junior Suite

Bei Ansicht von Fassade, Rezeption und dem engen Treppenhaus denkt man, na ja, wie das Zimmer wohl sein wird? Dann kam die Überraschung. Ich hatte eine riesige Junior Suite, bestimmt 30 qm. Das Foto bei Hotels.com entspricht der Realität. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nette Deko. Sehr schönes neues Bad mit Eckbadewanne, an der vielleicht für Gäste mit leichtem Handicap ein Griff fehlt. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Für mich war schade, dass der Frühstücksraum gerade renoviert wurde. Da fiel das Frühstück leider aus, aber ich denke, die nächsten Gäste können dich auf einen schönen Raum freuen. Es wurde jedenfalls eifrig gehämmert und gewerkelt.

Alles Top, gerne wieder.

Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn. Sehr freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber und ruhig, sehr zentral gelegen und ein sagenhaftes Frühstücksbuffet. Kommen gerne wieder. Einziger Nachteil, kein Fahrstuhl.

Im Zimmer fehlte ein Bock fuer den Koffer. Wir mussten den Koffer in gebueckter Haltung aus-und einräumen. Im Badezimmer fehlen Stangen um Handtuecher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.
