"Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber. Das Zimmer zwar recht klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Allerdings war der Aufenthalt nicht besonders einladend: Auf dem Flur roch es durchgehend unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Frühstück war leider eine herbe Enttäuschung – sehr lieblos und qualitativ schlecht. Aufgrund des schlechten Frühstücks und des Geruchs im Flur würde ich hier nicht noch einmal buchen."

"Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square...

"Front desk and wait staff was amazing! The views in the Chateau are beautiful. We felt so safe walking around at night. The food was amazing. The staff even gave us a lot of tips and recommendations about the area as we are tourists from the US. Moe was exceptional, she gave me parking hacks around the train station. As well as how to navigate around France. My problem here is the cleaning staff. They would knock early in the morning before 9AM to come and clean, like they were so eager to...

"Stop looking and stay here! Fabien’s hospitality made it so worth it. Met us upon arrival, very clear instructions and he brought us a fresh breakfast in the morning. Flat has everything a family of 4 (two young teen kids) could need. The location couldn’t be better, minutes away from historic sites and amazing food options. No street noise. "We booked 2 twin rooms through expedia and when we arrived we were told that only one room was booked Two of us had to get a single room at an extra cost of just under 30 euros each I spoke to the manager the next morning and he is blaming expedia and told me i must ring them to get a refund I feel like i have been fobbed off"

"We only stayed for 1 night, but I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar were great, food was amazing, prices were on par with area. We booked the room with sofa beds that sleep six. We are a family of 5 and were greeted to all 5 beds being prepared for us. A much appreciated gesture after a full day at Parc Asterix. Also very close to the Parc Asterix and CDG."
