"They wish to contact 72hours before coming, but they did response. No services at all. Room was ok and balcony was great. During the night there was others coming and going making noise. (Mainly doors and locks were noisy)"

"Communication needs to be improved both prior and during the stay. The property is difficult to find using Google Maps. We rang the stated number but it took some time for someone to reply/answer. The keys to the room are inside your unlocked room meaning anyone could walk into your room and take the keys as the front door is always unlocked. No instructions are given how to lock or unlock the door, you have to WhatsApp the owner to find out. Photos after booking confirmation are misleading...

"I don't know what was worse. The instructions for entering were flawed, and the key was hidden in a secret place with a code that was never disclosed. I also rented the garage due to car trouble, and a few hours before, they told me there was no more space available. I only managed to get in thanks to the help of a kind and friendly Italian family staying there, but there were about 10 of them making a huge amount of noise early in the morning in the communal kitchen opposite my room. "We stayed 1 night and loved the accommodation at Bergamoincenter. We had room 4 which had lots of space for 2 adults and 1 child. Excellent location, air conditioning, comfortable beds, good shower and good communication with clear checkin instructions. Would highly recommend and would stay again next time we visit Bergamo"
