Absolute life savers

Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice ! We can’t thank Edin enough for saving our holiday !!! We would have loved to have thanked Edin personally and express our gratitude, we hope he gets the credit he deserves. Grazie Mille

In camera riscaldamento insufficiente e non regolabile dall’ospite, la notte ci siamo “morti di freddo” ed ancor più grave non c’era acqua calda ma solo dopo decine di minuti di erogazione diventava appena tiepida nel senso che sulla pelle la sentivi fresca e quindi impossibile farsi la doccia vista la temperatura rigida esterna e non idonea in camera. La colazione sufficientemente varia, ma non vi erano a disposizione ricambio di piatti, bicchieri e tazze, per cui nello stesso piatto dovevi consumare dal salato al dolce nonchè la frutta e stesso disagio per le bevande e caffè o latte. Assurde tutte queste cose negativissime per un hotel 4 stelle. Abbiamo segnalato al personale di reception i problemi riscaldamento e acqua calda, ma ci hanno risposto che tutta la struttura ha questo inconveniente e quindi non previsto un cambio camera. ASSURDO!!!

Bene: parcheggio privato coperto, check-in veloce, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione abbondante e con attenzione agli sprechi non graditi. Male: camera fredda e clima non funzionante (rra ai primi di novembre), acqua calda assente e conseguente doccia gelata, telecomando tv non funzionante, sky pubblicizzato in camera ma non presente.

Mehr Schein als sein

Das Hotel ist mehr Schein als Sein. Für eine Nacht OK, mehr aber auch nicht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber in die Jahre gekommen und schlecht gereinigt (oder schon lange nicht mehr vermietet). Eine ganze Menge Staub und Spinnweben waren an den Bodenkanten vorhanden. WLAN war in dem Zimmer (Nr. 114) auf der Rückseite der Rezeption leider nicht vorhanden. Zimmer sind günstig, was das Hotel aber mit relativ teuren Restaurantpreisen für mittelmässiges Essen wieder wett macht. Das Gemüse von dem Buffet war kalt. Beim Frühstück wurden wir zurechtgewiesen, da wir eine leere Tasse vom nicht besetzten Nachbartisch entwendet haben. Wir würden diese Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Buon hotel vicino alla clinica San Rocco

Hotel ottimo speciamlente per chi deve andare alla vicinissima clinica San Rocco. Camere ampie e pulite. Quando siamo stati li la camera era troppo calda ed il condizionatore non raffreddava, comunque aprendo la finestra si è dormito bene.

Overall a very pleasant stay

Very friendly welcome, rooms were a little tired but in fair condition, our. Biggest grumble came from my old parents whose handicapped room which had a wet room and toilet which flooded and they were trapped at the end of a corridor and had to ring reception each time they needed to be let out,

Bell’albergo in Franciacorta

Posizione in una delle zone più belle e ricche dal punto di vista enogastronomico d’Italia. Vicinissimo alle colline della Franciacorta. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere anche l’Istituto Clinico San Rocco che si trova a due passi. Buona la cucina del ristorante. Ampio posto auto coperto. Camere ampie, pulite, ordinate. Personale gentilissimo.

Rigtigt godt til prisen

Super godt, hvis man ikke skal bruge nærområdet og har en bil. Super sødt personale og god service. Da wifi ikke var stærkt kunne man låne forstærker. Let at parkere bil enten udenfor eller i kælder. God morgen mad og fin aftensmad hvis man spiser i restauranten. Men nok lidt kedelig hvis man skal spise der en uge.

Veramente interessante

Tutto perfetto , unica pecca la mancanza di Wi-Fi nella camera nonostante fosse contemplato. Per il resto nessuna lacuna , anzi... ! Consigliato assolutamente .
