I chose the hotel because it was close to the motorway and there was a restaurant in the hotel, so that I could eat when I arrived. The location was fine, but there was unfortunately no restaurant (this information needs to be changed in the app). There was room service and I chose this option. The food was not good and was overpriced.

Hôtel de bonne gamme, parking en sous-sol gratuit, bien placé, options de restauration à peu de distance, le seul point qui pourrait encore légèrement être amélioré serait le petit dejeuner avec quelques produits locaux ce sera top!

Fantastisk bra hotell, med alt hva man egentlig behøver unntatt 1 ting. De manglet WiFi. Det er ikke holdbart på et 4stjerners hotell. De sa de skulle fikse det, men fikk det tydeligvis ikke til. 🤔. Veldig spesielt fint rom.

Avrei voluto poter recensire la camera ma purtroppo ho dovuto annullare il mio viaggio di lavoro all'ultimo minuto. Sapevo che ero oltre il tempo massimo per cancellare la prenotazione senza penali ma, come capitato in passato con altre strutture chiamando in reception, ho sperato di ottenere lo stesso la cancellazione gratuita. Con l'hotel Morgana non è stato possibile e ha scelto di addebidarmi lo stesso la camera adducendo al fatto che tutto l'albergo era al completo per quella notte e che avevano dovuto rifiutare ulteriori prenotazioni. Sul sito Hotels, però, risultavano ancora disponibili almeno 7 camere di cui 4 della mia stessa categoria. Spiace che la direzione abbia preferito incassare 88 euro oggi rinunciando per sempre alle mie successive notti.

In una struttura 4 stelle in una junior suite mi sarei aspettato di trovare nell’armadio almeno una coperta/piumone e un cuscino extra, sono dovuto scendere in reception e il personale gentilissimo ha provveduto subito!!

Una piacevole sorpresa.

Assolutamente una piacevole sorpresa, non avendo ne programmato ne tanto meno già conosciuto località ed hotel. Ottimo il ricevimento con un concierge gentilissimo e collaborativo nella sistemazione e nel consigliarci il ristorante per la cena. Superba la camera, con letto big, cuscini e materasso nuovi. Di qualità i gadget del grande bagno. Il tutto nella bella terra del Franciacorta. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Accès sécurisé, parking en sous-sol dans des box individuels fermés, chambre confortable très propre et au style très italien. Personnel souriant et aimable. Petit-déjeuner peu copieux. Pas de restaurant surplace, mais liste de restaurants proches sur demande.
