"What a hidden gem on Tortola! This is a small (7-room) hotel located on a bluff overlooking the ocean. While it is not a 5-star resort, the accommodations were clean, somewhat updated and comfortable.
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that I affectionately have named "The Penthouse," as it sits at the top of the property. The expansive balcony overlooks the ocean, and numerous other islands in the British Virgin Islands as well as the US Virgin Islands. The view is simply breathtaking!
There is a small pool, and a freshly cooked breakfast (ordered the night before) is delivered to the room at our requested time. It's a major plus that one of the island's top-rated restaurants, Bananakeet, is on property. Cane Garden Bay is a short 5-7 minute cab ride away, as are a number of great restaurants below the resort.
The staff were so kind and welcoming and a pleasure to speak with.
We will definitely be visiting The Heritage Inn again!"
