"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. I can safely recommend the hotel to all, and we would definitely stay there again when we next return to Tatry mountains."

"THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE."

"Nagenoeg iedere week overnacht ik in hotels en over het algemeen ben ik positief, maar dit hotel was uitzonderlijk teleurstellend, slechte service tegen een belachelijk hoge prijs, 138,- euro per nacht inclusief ontbijt. Waarschijnlijk omdat er nauwelijks gasten waren was de service bizar slecht, het zal hopelijk beter zijn op drukke dagen. Het ontbijt na de eerste nacht was heel eenvoudig, na de 2de dag was er geen ontbijt meer! Ik kon naar mijn werk letterlijk zonder ontbijt. De kamer was...
