"Personal sehr freundlich. Das all inklusive ist das, was es im Netz verspricht. Frühstück mit einer sehr guten Auswahl. Es war auch etwas für Personen, die zum Beispiel kein Schweine- oder Rindfleisch essen dürfen was dabei. Das war zum Abendessen leider nicht der Fall. Was es gab war aber sehr schmackhaft. "

"The staff (Jana) was great! There was a tournament happening at the arena so the hotel was hosting about 100 young boys this weekend. Fortunately, everyone behaved respectfully and the flurry settled at a reasonable time. The rooms were small and did not have a coffee maker but they were clean and very comfortable! The breakfast had a nice selection. We would stay again!"

"Fantastisk "Value for Money". Blev positivt overrasket over, at opholdet indholdt 1/2 pension med rigtig god, varieret og veltilberedt mad. Sød og familiært personale med stort overblik trods mange spisende gæster. Fin lille spa afdeling med pool, sauna og relax område. Etablering af ladestandere til el-biler bør overvejes, da byen Neuhausen ikke tilbyder nogen offentlige ladestandere! "
