"Do not go for the breakfast. Rubbery eggs, undercooked potatoes... The condiments, coffee and cream and sugar needed replacing were empty/needed replacing and the kitchen host didn't bother checking. A lot of socializing being done by staff, leaning on counters and chatting rather than being guest forward. "

"I have used this hotel every year for several years and never had a problem until this year. The room was clean but the bathtub didn't drain. One of the front desk staff quit so there was no one to fix the problem. The hotel lost the booking for the group I was with because it is under new management and new ownership. The lobby and pool are excellent, the breakfast is also amazing. They tried charging for the omelet bar this year but then changed their minds. Just beware if you book here as they are going through changes. Otherwise, great hotel. "

"They do allow dogs here. And if they bark all night, you will not get a refund. They allow dogs to be unattended for long hours. People drop off their dogs and then leave the hotel and their dogs are obnoxious. They do not require contact information for those so they can’t get a hold of the person when the dogs barking. Very frustrated."

"The manager was SO nice and helpful! I called before check in and let her know I had 2 dogs. 2 Cats or dogs stay FREE!! She asked me if I would like a bottom floor room when I called and again when I checked in. I did not have a preference. I had my 3 year old granddaughter as well and she selected the 2nd floor room for us because she knew the tv worked well in that room. She waved and said hello every time she saw us!! She was SO nice!! I felt incredibly safe traveling alone and with my granddaughter. I will DEFINITELY be back!!"

"The staff was nice. My room was clean. Bed was made up, but the sheet had crusty strain on them. I didnt complain I travel with my own away.Im not sure if they still offer complimentary water or not But it would have been nice to have some water in the room. Breakfast and cocktail hour was great. Im hilton rewards member .I love there facilities. This one was beening renovated Im sure its going to be beautiful when its done. I would stay at this hotel again."
