Arrived to find the queen room i had booked and paid for was not available (apparently it had been double booked through another booking agency (seriously?!)). They tried to fob me of with an offer of a room at a sister hotel, i refused as it was the other side of KL, and so they ordered me a twin on site. However, i was kept im the lobby for an hour while they prepared it as it had not been cleaned earlier (consider this was at 10.30pm it rung...
