"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here… Yes it is old fashioned but that added to the charm, there was even a bath, very welcome after a few days walking! Very good value, lovely views and instant access on to the moors, very welcoming staff, delicious food, and best of all… superb beer! All in all a delightful ..."

"The room was spacious and very clean but stairways not so. The property needs a little TLC. Did not use the pool but looked excellent. Disappointing that there was no bar or restaurant open which was stated in the information before booking,"
