"Beautiful hotel. Our room was right by the pool. Very nice. Staff was not helpful at all. They couldn’t check us in when we arrived because WiFi was down. Staff gave no instructions on anything. They handed us a paper with meal times. No assistance with anything. We had never traveled to Barbados and thought perhaps the check in staff would help us navigate to some excursions. They also weren’t friendly. Never smiled. Just a smile back would have been something and made us feel more comfortable....

"I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. "The check-in was amazing - thank you for your warm welcome, Beverly! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. We loved having the beach within a 3-4 minute walk from the property. The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is a bit dated. However, the daily cleaning service was great! "The apartment is located more or less on the beach in close proximity to a 24 hr. bar. On Sundays there are beach parties that are loud. The room was never cleaned by staff. I left my garbage outside and it was not collected for days. Outside of those things, its a nice intimate space in the heart of Bridgetown."

"It was an amazing vacation however the food service was extremely slow multiple times . Breakfast would be finished and the drinks never showed up. That happen twice. You order a sandwich and it took 45-1 hour multiple times throughout the week ."
